Applicants selected as scholarship candidates will be asked to submit documents supporting the information declared in this form. Candidates whose declarations are inconsistent with the requested documents will not receive a scholarship.

Detailed family civil registry record, student certificate and residence certificate from e-Government
Family income-status documents and suitable income evidence for every earning household member
Payroll, SGK service record, pension statement, tax certificate or proof of no active employment, as applicable
Vehicle-registration and land-registry records for the applicant’s mother and father

Birlik Foundation Malatya Branch processes the identity, contact, education, family, financial, accommodation, reference and photograph data submitted with this application. The full Turkish identity number appears only in the protected application PDF; the management screen displays only its last four digits.

Purpose, storage and your rights

Data is collected to receive and evaluate the scholarship application, request supporting documents, arrange interviews, notify results, secure application records and fulfil legal obligations.
